Toast 11 Install Does Not Work

I'm looking for help with installing Toast 11. I'm downloading it from https://store.digitalriver.com/store?Action=DisplayOrderStatusPage&Locale=en_US&SiteID=sonic after entering my order number and password. The install application seems to run fine. However, when finished it shows an empty Toast 11 directory in my Applications folder. I've tried this download several times and always get this empty Toast 11 directory. Can someone explain how to resolve this install problem?

See if running the utility mentioned in this article fixes the issue. My guess is the applications are installed but for some reason are made invisible. Maybe correcting the permissions will make them appear.
