Capture Problem

I used Roxio 2011 for many months, without problems.

Few day ago, I had, and have, this problem.

I capture via firewire port from JVC digital camera.

The capture is OK, and the scenes are displaied. When I

 

stop capturing, immediatly the icons capture change in a

 

barred red circle (s.a), and the preview in not possible. The

 

captured file anyway plays on cineplayer, but not in

 

windows mediaplayer.

I apologize for my poor english.

What means "Will except"?

I cannot use wideowave, because appaears the windows attached.

And in My DVD the file semms not recognized: "the file cannot be modified and cannot be added" in the allert window.

What "Will accept" means is..."potere accettare" in your language. I apologize for correcting cdanteeks English, but the correct word is accept (meaning take) in Engish, not except.

Aniway it is clear that the applications doesn't accept those files.

There must be something strange with those files. C2011 usually accepts all avi files.

Did you "capture" the files from a digital camera or a digital camcorder?

It's a digital camera (JVC GR-DVX9).

It's very very strange, if you consider that I captured and saved projects until last saturday.

I think that some windows update, or other software, corrupted Roxio files.

And the uninstall and a new install of Roxio (yesterday) didn't solve the problem.

Now I would only make out where is the bug!!

Does C2011 still work with video captured before "last saturday"?

 

Are you using C2011 to capture or the supplied software?

 

BTW, that is a digital camcorder not a digital camera.

 

Could you please list your system specs?

Good moring (for my time zone)

I solved:

1 - uninstalled C2011

2 - uninstalled K-Lite codec Pack

3 - uninstalled DivX plus 8(this upgraded some files)

4 - reinstalled C2011 without Content disc

all ok.

Now I will tray to reinstall others (2 and 3).
