Creator 2011 Will Not Open

I have installed Roxio 2011 two times now, and when I click on the icon or even go into programs to open it, it launches the sign Roxio, and then nothing happens. What happened. It took me all day to install this. Did I do something wrong? Should I start over? Screeeeeaaaaaammmmmmm. Help.

With all that written, do you really expect anyone to venture a guess

 

Tell us about your PC, OS etc.

 

If you have a Reg Cleaner, uninstall it and shread the disc

 

If you have an A/V program that looks at the Registry, reel it in and turn off that portion or tell it to ignore anything Sonic or Roxio!

I believe I have the same problem, all installed ok but when I try to run the programme I get nowhere. All I get from Roxio support? is remove all sonic and roxio related programmes, registry keys, folders and files disable anti malware disable everything else, reinstall. Have done, same problem. Perhaps they want me to replace the motherboard, cpu, memory, graphics adaptor and format the hard drive before trying again. Poor software, terrible support. Rather have a refund.

I seriously doubt that anyone in Roxio Support suggested any of the hardware changes you listed

 

This is not Roxio Support, so if you really want a refund, you will have to contact them.
