2011 Copy & Convert Video

I have tried everything from uninstalling, to re-installing, to repairing, I followed the Prep Steps to a tee and contacted technical support. EVERYTIME I try to use Copy & Convert Video to convert my TiVO recordings to DVD, once the recording is selected and I opt to trim the commercials/video...it crashes for no apparent reason. Suggestions?!?

Work with Support... nothing we know that they don't

 

In fact none of the regulars here even use TiVo so all we can do is parrot what is in the help files
