Transferring & Editing Old 8Mm Movies To Dvd

Ottawaguy

Question

Hi, I have about 1 hr 20 min. of 8mm movies and I want to edit these by separating them into chapters and after more than 2hrs work in doing so, the chapters seem to be singled out, however when I'm finished and pres ''OK'' no further action seems to take place and I don'ty know what else to do to re-arrange them into a proper ''movie'' video.

Your help would be much appreciated

Larry

You will have to explain a bit more what you are doing. In what program are you editing chapters, Videowave or myDVD?

Perhaps you are also using the wrong terms: chapter are usually sub-divisions of a movie, much like the "scenes selections" in commercial movie DVDs. You cannot rearrange chapters. Perhaps you mean titles which would become menu items on the main menu of a DVD.

BTW, a Hello from 2 hours up the Valley!
