Promises Made & Not Kept.

I ordered Creator 2011 PRO on March 16, 2011 and chose the physical disk and the Video Capture device and the re-download. I have, to dat,e received only a cheap paper 3-D Glasses and the USB Video Capture device, that came with a CD that would not load. Repeated requests by e-mail, several phone calls and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN Creator 2011. I can't download it or ever re-download it. The last straw was the deletion of my order out of the system yesterday. I have the printed copy and proof of payment. My advice: BUY NOTHING FROM ROXIO!!!! They don't care about customers.

Something wrong with your telephone??? 877-793-7471 (of course it is Saturday so you will have to wait)

 

We are just fellow users here and have neither a checkbook or shipping boxes

 

Is there something you want from us or you just ranting?

 

If you have the download for Creator 2011, have you installed it?

 

The disc that is included for the Roxio Video Capture USB device is usless as all drivers are included in the main Creator program!
