Youtube Button Problem

When I go into the editing software of videoware and I have edited my video to desired spec. I try to press the youtube link button but all I get is a new window that is white and blank! When I press on facebook and wegame links I get new windows asking for login details but not on the youtube one! I have attached a screen shot of what i get when i click the youtube button! Help?

Shut off your anti-virus and put the program disc into your computer and reinstall/repair.

Tried turning off my anti-virus and repairing the software but the problem still persists any other suggestions to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated as I can't see much use in having the capture card if I can't post to youtube!

What are your settings for screen resolution and for Windows font DPI (should be 96). Also look at the pinned post at the top of this forum re: MSXML 4 ?
