Well I tried it all....I thought it was going to be working and then it crashed again. Does everyone have this problem or is it just me. Any other suggestions....I think I should probably forget Roxio and try another program...I am getting so frustrated. Wrote a letter to support and still haven't heard back from them. Help!
Reply to newbie: I'm having the same problem. It quit on me with IE7 and IE8. I've used this program since the 2009 version and updated to the 2010 reluctantly. Now, I'm very unhappy because I have several videos that I need to edit and cannot get Videowave to open at all. I'm a registered user and this is poor customer service. Using the suggestions given to you are useless when you cannot get the program to open at all. Unhappy with Roxio!
