Creator 2011 Faltering With Official Ie9

Before Christmas, Creator 2011 worked well and I created 3 videos with IE8. Recently, I installed IE9 official release. Now Videowave is playing up: I have a music layer and photos above the music layer and they start and end about the same time over 5 minutes. But when previewing the playback, the first lot of photos are rushed through all the while the music is playing normally. The time is also rushed i.e. photos being shown faster than their allocated time. After approx 10 seconds or so, the playback becomes normal. Given that Creator failed with IE9 beta and that there are other known issues, please provide a way of fixing this or a sure way of re-installing IE8. Thanks! Robert.

"Given that Creator failed with IE9 beta" it would seem to me that it was a bit foolhardy going ahead and installing IE9 official release, however you've been and gone and done it.

 

Microsoft provides IE9, not Roxio. Given that, you should ask Microsoft not Roxio for a way of fixing it, or a sure way of re-installing IE8. Thanks!

No conflict exists between the Final Release (May 15, 2011) of IE 9 and Roxio...

 

Installing IE 8 will fix nothing!

 

I would venture to guess that either your program or your Project have become corrupted...

 

A good place to start would be to do the Prep Steps to the letter!

 

Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.
