Are you close to solving this? I wrote a disc image using the Hi Def choice. It stopped at 99% but seemed complete and played with the roxio player. Burned a copy but it doesn't play anything on my dvd player except the opening screen. The media was a quicktime HD Movie made in iPhoto. Did the plugin ever work in toast 10?

I'm having the same problem trying to record a BD-R 1 Hour & 18 Minute 13.5GB Quick Time Movie Export from FCP and keep getting 99% Completed and program seems to stop right there. I tried lowering the HD export setting from 1080 to 720 to see if that would make a difference and it did not, it burned to 99% completed and then stopped. I too wish 11.3 would come out to correct this problem. I'm using a OWC LG Rewriter and Verbatim BD-R White Inkjet 6X25GB disks. 24"iMac, 2.4HGZ Intel/Core Duo Processor, 4GB Ram, Lacie 1TB External Drive with Firewire 800 connection. Seagate 320GB External USB 2.0 Connection. It seems like it takes so long to record these video in BD-R format. I try to record it overnight and it still not done when I check it in the morning (99% Completed).
