Idvd Burning Problem

Hi - I have a iDVD project that I created which is going to span over 8 double layered DVDs. However iDVD doesn't allow me to span my project over more than 1 DVD. So I was thinking of using Roxio. Is there Roxo software that I can buy which will allow me to use that iDVD file and burn it over 8 DVD's?

That's not how the video DVD format works. You can create 8 iDVD projects to burn to single- or dual-layer discs but there is no such thing as spanning a video DVD across multiple discs.

 

Toast can span data content across multiple DVDs. But those won't play on video DVD players.

 

When you say you created an iDVD project that requires 8 DL discs, that project would have to be about 20 hours of video. This isn't making sense to me.
