No Video Audio On Roxio 2010 For Videowave

I have done several productions having captured photos & video(with audio) on Video Wave in Roxio 2010. About two days ago it started acting up. I still get the photos & the video, but no audio.

 

The video in question can be seen & heard using Windows Media Player & other players. It's not my computer. Does anyone have an idea on how I can resolve this issue?

Please explain what you mean by the sentence I bolded. Where is the video file and how are you trying to get it onto your computer?

 

What format are the videos? Where did you get them? Have you tried using an older video file that worked before to see if you have audio? What operating system do you have? Have you checked to make sure that the Play Back devices are set up correctly and not muted?
