Good morning, I again have problems with the record time because it does not capture the scheduled time.

Could help

More information needed. Answer these questions (link). What happens? Are you capturing to a FAT drive or to a NTSF formatted drive? I assume that it is closing before the capture is finsihed but please explain more what you are seeing.

Good morning, sorry I can not click on the link and answer the questions.

What happens when I press to record, it begins recording an image capture and time recorded indicates 0 seconds.

I put a record without giving time.

Work in windows environment

greetings

There is NO provision in the software to do what you describe!

All captures are mpg or possibly avi if you have an older version…

You have to answer ALL of the questions that Steve linked you to, not just some vague reference to ’windows environment’

I realize there are some questions in there that do not apply – like error messages…

Also need to know your Version or Build number of the software and the exact steps you take when this happens.
