Audio Skips

Hi, Newbie here. I installed software OK. It copies video well, but audio starts OK, then has intermittant skips after the first few minutes.

All cables tight. Only using yellow plug since old vhs/tv only has one output.

I have newest version, build 201B23A ENU.

Computer is emachine with celeron 2.93Ghz, 1.48 RAM with realtek AC97 audio card.

 

While I'm here it usually takes 2-3 attempts to load program. I get the windows cannot open this program, send error report.

 

Any suggestions? Thanks

Open programs and features from control panel, find Easy VHS to DVD and click uninstall/change. When repair is offered choose it, you will have to point it to your install disc or download. Service packs have to be reapplied after the repair. Turn off antivirus and firewall along with all other open program while installing and repairing any program.
