Subtitles. Caption

I am converting video to play on ZUNE, but the video always has subtitles or captions. I have try to uncheck subtitles in the options and also uncheck "ALL" and select NONE uder subtitles in option but none has work. As usuall Roxio has a gulich, some times i think there as bad as Mirosoft. If anyone has a clue please share the INFO.

Not much info to work with.

 

Where did the video come from? Are the subtitles/captions real sub-titles or are they embedded in the video. If the latter then they cannot be romoved.

Download it and give it a try

 

It has 2 subtitles (English & French) within it and is a legitimate video file.

 

The ZIP will unpack into a VIDEO_TS folder with the appropriate files within…

 

Add them to VCC and run a test conversion with it.
