Importing Video Hang Up,please Help


roxio crazy

Question

When i am importing video on roxio import it imports one movie clip then i click on next one and click import now and message comes up with explanation point on the left side saying

Import now

const. m_strclass= ''#32770''

const. m_strbutton class= ''''

const. m_strparent=NULL

const m_iID=1005

What does this mean?

I keep doing it over again with same problem.When i close roxio completely it lets me import one video clip before this message comes up and stops me over and over again.

Windows vista home pre.I have recently had computer updated everything and has worked fi e for a few months before this happened,And no i have not don e anything to computer since it has been working....Please help.

Import from where or what? What import device? To what format are you importing? those error messages mean nothing to anyone here I would think.

 

Perhaps if you described more accurately what you are doing (using the correct programs names you are using) someone can help

If I recall correctly this cropped up once before (a couple of years ago with Creator 2009) and there was no real 'cure'.

 

It looks like a problem in MS C++ coding - what broke it I have no idea but the only thing that may work is the complete clean install routine
