I have tried over and over to get Roxio Pro 2011 to install, but each time the install halts and rollsback giving a text and zip file. Here is the text in an attachment.

EDIT removed setup log!

Your installation is failing over DIRECTX. Do you have a disc or a download?

Action InstallActions.DIRECTX_FEB10.INSTALLDIRECTX_WEB failed with exit code -9.

04/26/11 04:18:06 - Installation failed with error code -9

04/26/11 04:18:06 - Rolling back installation

It's down to something else other than SP1 or updates. I did a clean install (new hardware) of W7 Ultimate with SP1 and all MS updates and had no problems with Creator 2011.

But you have it working and that's the main thing
