Here are the MINIMUM specs.

Yours is probably just within the spec. You will need to have nothign else running on your computer when you are using it - that includes e-mail, Internet, possibly your anti-virus, etc. How old is your computer - make and model? The computer will need to be up to date on the video and audio drivers. Read this (link).

 

If you buy it directly from Roxio, you have a 30 day return warranty should it not work.

What video card do you have as well. It matters. The faster, the better. A dual core should be decent but quad core would be better. Make sure you have a good deal of Ram as well.
