gi7omy
Open the downloaded file with winrar, winzip or similar and extract the contents to a folder on the hard drive. Then point the message to that. The downloaded file is a self-extracting archive

Roxio customer support emailed me this link to fix the problem, which I'll try later: http://kb.roxio.com/content/000042GN?set-locale=en

You should run it again and try saving them (don't install again) as there is a time limit for downloading the files (like 30 days). You'll need them if you ever need to re-install or repair the install.

peterfst
What is the size of this "Roxio2011DownloadManager.exe" file? Peterfst: Well, the link: http://kb.roxio.com/content/000042GN?set-locale=en sent to me by Roxio customer support provided step by step instructions THAT WORKED ! Meanwhile, I did find that the download manager did install a zipped file into a folder I may have created some time ago. But the instructions I got from Roxio customer support should be shared to get rid of that irritating problem. Download manager file = 346 KB EXE file = 1.33 GB Thanks to all! gi7omy
Peter - open the .exe file with winzip or similar - then burn the contents to a DVD so you have a backup copy
