Do you install all RGC drivers??

 

Tip: For quick Device Manager press Windows Key + Pause Key at same time.

 

1 - Open Windows Device Manager.

2 - In the Device Manager locate the device you wish to update the drivers for.

3 - Right-click the device and click Properties.

4 - In the Properties window click the Driver tab.Click the Update Driver button.

5 - In the Hardware Update Wizard point Windows to the location of the updated drivers on your hard disk drive Once drivers have been installed reboot.

 

If driver OK, go to SOUND tab on Control Panel and check for RGC audio enable.
