Toast 11.0.2 Pro Crash / Hung While Edit A Merged Video Clip

I have installed and update the latest Toast 11.0.2 and ran perfectly for 20 mins until Mac OS X (10.6.7) pop up with new updates.

Well you may have already guessed I have updated with the suggestion

Once it has been updated, I can no longer edit a merged video clip

I did the following in the make HD DVD video project

1) select and add the .mts files

2) high light the desired clips and merged clip thru the file menu -->merge clip

3) as usual click the edit button on the newly merged clip

4) then one of the cpu cores ran upto 100% and showing the process is not responding in the activity monitor

attched is the trail of the 28th April update after the 10.6.7 mac os updatepost-94736-026036700 1304079862.png

Guys, I have found a get around solution by myself pending to the response from the support desk response.

Once you have merged the video clip (in my case 2 mts / AVCHD Raw files) , you can duplicate the merged clip which can be found in the same edit menu when you to a merge.

since you have duplicate the merged clip entries you can delete the older ones (usually above the newly duplicated entry).

Now trying clicking the edit button on the newly duplicated entry Whoolala , it works.

Hopefully it will be taken care of in 11.0.3.....?
