I just purchased Roxio Photoshow premium service and I cannot get my ITUNES songs to import in! I believe they are MPG4 . Frustrated. May request my money back if I don't find the answer to this!

Check your itunes music they probably are copy protected.

I don't have a problem with unprotected music files.

If you didn't change the default download style, in iTunes, your files are .m4a files. If so, see if you can right click on one of the files and convert it to .mp3. Then try to bring the .mp3 into your PhotoShow.

Yes. Guess your right copy protected. But, I've been able to use itunes songs w/ other programs. I just burned them to a disc and they uploaded fine. Can't seem to do that with this project.

Remember there are two levels of purchase - basically a rental that you can't do much with and the buy level which should work. Which level are you trying to use?

What is the other program that let you use music illegally in your projects?
