Question

I have Creator Business Edition version 10.1.177

I am trying to burn a DVD using video captured on my Flip device.

I create a new Project using MyDVD 10 but when I try to add a flip video it gives me the following error:

"The file you are trying to use cannot be edited, and has not been added"

its in the mp4 format.

What am I doing wrong?

Any help mucho appreciated

Some details about the mp4 file I am trying to burn...

Data Rate: 8792 kbps

Frame Size: 1280 x 720 pixels

Frame Rate: 29.97 fps

Format: 16 Bit, 44100 Hz, Stereo

Compression: PCM

Where and when did you get Creator 10 Business Edition? Please post a screen shot of the Home page which shows the applications. Have you ever done video editing with it before? Go to the program's help files and search for supported file formats.

nevermind..

Downloaded the free version of Windows DVD Maker and it burned to DVD like a charm.

Don't know why I even bother with Roxio anymore...

You never even bother to explain where you got your program. It is not a "regular" version and may well have several features missing and crippled. It is also 3 version/years behind the current program which is Roxio Creator 2011.

You have what is called a OEM version of Roxio.

Most OEM version (made by Roxio to meet the specific requirement's of the oem provider) and are cut-down versions of a FULL retail Roxio version, and the OEM assumes ALL responsibility for supporting their product. We are just fellow users on here and have no idea what is included with your OEM version.
