A disc is a disc, so I don’t see any reason why it would not!

Roxio has never been able to Author karaoke discs but should be able to merely copy one???

I trust you used the Copy Disc program…

Did you have the Copy Options set for RAW???

You can ‘compare’ the discs by using the Tools ~ Disc Information to see what differences there are between the 2 discs…

Do the Disc Info checks first, to see if anything jumps out :glare:

Then you can try another (CD-RW) and see what it does - fingers crossed

Let us know how you make out ;)
