Audio To Videos In Photoshow

I have downloaded a video from my Iphone to my photoshow. When I play it, I get not audio. The instrucitons tell me to open it in the "manage screen

and then mouse over it and lok for a box. I cannot find a "manage" screen or button. Do I have to open the video in creator or can I edit the video and add the sound in the photoshow....I am confused!!!!

Just checking. Do you have the premium membership and the PhotoSHow applicartion that is designed to take your iphone videos? The free application is limited.

I bought the software and then signed up for the premiuim....the support people blow...all they do is quote from the support gtuide which if that worked I would not need to email them

WHICH SOFTWARE? You were talking about PhotoShow but some of your description seems like you are using a EAsy Media Creator or Creator product. If you are trying to use the desktop version, did you download and install Version 6 onto your computer?

 

What format is the iphone video? There are several formats and resolutions. The normal one isd H264 with AAC audio format. Are you using the desktop version or the internet version? What are you playingthe video with? The desktop version will not accept as many video formats as the internet version.

 

You want to complain but you give no information. I'm not surprised that they can't help with the information you provided. Where did you see the instructions to manage the screen? I have never seen that instruction; can you post a screen shot of that message box? Are you sure it didn't say "personalize"?

 

I'm willing to help and spend time helping you but you have to go more than half way.
