Tv Loses Signal

I got myself one of your Game caps and it works fine and good etc etc my only problem is when i have it set up my TV loses signal nearly every 30 seconds or so but the game cap still records the image from my xbox so its something to do with the roxio game cap, I have tested with my own set of wires and it does the same thing.

Any help?

First, this is a users group and not Roxio. If you want to talk to them then you must call or live chat or send a problem ticket. Go to the support tab at the top of this page for more information

In your TV uncheck/disable [Protect Screen / Blue Screen / Silent Screen] and try again.
