Downloading Mp4 File

If you are using a Mac this is not for you. If you are using the Chrome browser then this is probably not for you since Chrome download the files as it plays the file

 

If you are using IE 9, and click on the link, the video will eventually start playing and then you have to try to find where it download to. A better way is to right click on the link where it says (Download Video", and then select to "Save Link as". Select the name and location and it will download. You can play at your leisure.

I have tried om many imes to open up the mp4 file that Roxio sent. I hav efollowed all suggestions , such as open in new browser , change the name , all to no avail . Also, how do you save the show to the desktop ? That was another suggestion , but I need instructions for that. Thanks . Gerry
