Video Copy & Convert

ASA I get to Web Video , the message pops out.

 

"Roxio VideoConvert has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. [Close program]"

 

I can't copy and convert. What is happening? This never happened before. Can anyone help?
