Photosuite 13

securix

Question

Photosuite 13 stops working as soon as it starts up under Windows 7.

Apparently (according to Visual Studio Debugger), an unhandled win32 exception occurred [2948]

0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x61d97aac.

Call stack location:

LayoutDLL13.dll!61d1dd29()

: queue_manager::Execute - enter

: queue_manager::process - enter

: IS_upgrade_request::DoWork - enter

First-chance exception at 0x61d1dd29 in PhotoSuite13.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x61d97aac.

I tried Roxio update, but there are no updates available.

PhotoSuite 13 is part of Creator 2011. Does everything else work OK? If you indeed have Creator 2011; ten theree is a service pack but that would not fix your problem.

Put the disc back into your optical drive, turn OFF your anti-virus and select to repair or reinstall whne the options come up.

Turn off and do not use any registry cleaners. Some of the more aggressive ones see some Roxio and Sonic entries as problems and deletes them.
