Question

Hello, I am experiencing the exact same problem. I just purchased the Easy CD & DVD Burning Software(2004-2009)

I know you had the problem a while back. How did you resolve it? Did you download the converter thing that

was mentioned as a solution?

I received an IM from Edgar60 that was a little more enlightening than another, ’Meee Tooo’ post :P

Hello Jim, I see that you have had experience with this problem before. I burned a movie from clips I downloaded from my didgetal recorder. Great picture no volume. A prompt comes up saying files contain AC3 Audio that is not supported by this version. Exact picture as you described to a person earlier. I have the Easy CD & DVD Burning software which I just bought. I also have a new computer with Windows 7. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As stated in the other Topic, you must convert the video into something else that does not have AC3 Audio!!!!

There are thousands of free converters out there – Download One and Use IT!

HERE is one…

If you get the error message...
