Just recently bought the Roxio Game Cap for my Xbox 360. I've set it up with my 50" Plasma Samsung Tv, anyways when I play on it, my recorded videos (and on the preview window in the software) the video image is fine, perfect quality, but my actual picture on the my TV appear heavily dark blue. Most of the reds i see are dark blue, it's very irritating to play with. I even changed almost every setting on the TV to change the colour, but none worked. So i then chose to use some Computer Moniters. (from the capture device, i used a coponent to VGA for the moniter), again, the videos i produce are fine, but my Moniter colour is Dark Green, and it is really hard to withstand, i actually have to play off the preview window on my computer to see. I also used another moniter and the same results occured. I then changed all the cables, and nothing different. Could this be a faulty product?
