Audio/visual Don't Match

Kareen

Question

I've downloaded some video from my camera to my computer and watching it on my computer it works fine. When I try to make a DVD the audio and video do not sync up. The audio sounds fine, but the visual is choppy, slow and seems to skip small sections. Please help! I need to get this DVD made by Monday!

If you want to have it done in a few days, take the time to answer these questions to the fullest.

When you go to burn in MyDVD (Create DVD ) make a image file (ISO) and then burn that to a disc. Your computer (no matter what it is) is too slow to encode and burn at the same time. Go to the bottom of the home page to the learning center and watch the last video under the video tab. It covers making and playing an ISO file. You could also play the ISO file with the free VLC player (cnet.com).

I also bet that your camera is high definition and you are expecting the result to be high definition. Unless you are making AVCHD disc or blu-ray discs, the result will be standard definition. (480 rather than 760 or 1080)
