Failed Download Of Toast Pro 11



I purchased Toast Pro 11 today. After downloading 93.7% of the program over several hours, i know get a Error 403 code. Exceeded my maximum download requests.


I now can't resume the download nor can I contact anyone from Roxio by telephone and no one has responded to my email from earlier today.


Does anyone have a solution to this problem.
