Uninstallation Of Roxio Creator 2011

Hey all,

 

I am a new user to this application and wanted to try it out after being absent from the Roxio scene for awhile. So I installed and at first was getting "certificate file is missing or corrupt, please reinstall" i fixed that and then the application was running sluggishly on my AMD Sempron....So I decided to uninstall and then reinstall however I am still seeing traces of Creator 11 still on my machine. I've deleted all traces of folders on my machine (AT least I thought I did) however there is a few folders that will not delete and i am being prompted that they will delete when i reboot and then i reboot and they are still there.

 

I need some help....

What steps and how did you "uninstall" the program ??? Did you include the Microsoft Clean Uninstall program as well ?? (i.e. "Msicuu2.exe)

Since the folders are no longer in use, go back to where they were. You can delete them now. If you still get the message, then somehting didn't uninstall the first time.

 

If you ever have to do that again, just move the folders to your desktop and reboot. They will definitely uninstall than.
