jlunddk
I have just bought CinePlayer and was hoping that it would make me able to see some 3DBluray movies on my BenQ Monitor and Nvidia 3DVision glasses using Windows 7 Home Premium. It kinda works, I can start the movie in Full screen in 3D and it looks great, BUT I can't get past the intro screen where you can choose chapters, audio etc and I can't click on them with the mouse to activate them. I can move the mouse pointer all over the screen, but it won't activate anything. When I say it is full screen, I mean FULL screen as I can't see any menus or anything and I can't resize it so I can get any kind of menu or control panel that could be used for choosing chapters. Not even ctrl, alt+del will get me out to the desktop, I have to close down the PC and restart it manually. Any help will be apriciated. The PC was formatted and reinstalled yesterday with the latest Nvidia drivers so what else can I do?

cdanteek
No one has any advice? What happens when you press escape (Esc)? What happens when you double click in the full screen window? Perhaps a read around the HELP menu is in order..
sknis
Many blu-ray disc do not allow you to use the mouse you have to use the screen controls. Do you/did you see that warning? Is your monitor blu-ray 3D ready? I sent you a p.m. be sure to read it.
jlunddk
Nothing happens when I press the escape key or double click, but I DO get the warning about the mouse and using screen controls instead. The problem is that I can't see or get the screen controls on the screen. And yes, my monitor is 3D BD-Ray ready, it was bought for the same reason to be able to show 3D on it. Did you read the p.m (private message) that is sent you?. ? Did it say everything was OK? Have you tried changing the screen resolution up to make the display smaller? What resolution do you have now? Try it at the highest resolution that your monitor will handle and then change it down until you see the controls. There should be settings in the nVidia control panel. Have you talked to nVidia? It sounds like either a monitor or video card issue rather than a software issue since the program loads and tries to play the DVD.

Your Cineplayer installation is broke then. I see the controls at the bottom of the screen. When I press ESC, double click the screen, or right click the screen and choose exit full screen, I get windowed mode.
jlunddk
Sorry for the late reply, but I have been out of town for some days and haven't checked the forum. Sknis: Thank you for the PM, I have read it and done the BD Advisor test and it passed with only the player not found failing, but that is surely because it's looking for the othjer program. I'm running my PC at 1920x1050 and have tried changing it to 1600x1024 so I get a black border all around the screen, BUT when Cineplayer starts the movie it goes into full screen again without any options to get out of it unless I press ctrl+alt+delete and restart the PC. CDanteek: I have a feeling that maybe the installation might be broken, even though I didn't get any error messages during install. I will try to delete and reinstall it, and if I still can't get it to work I think I will use the 30 days refund and look for another player. jlunddk
I feel I have tried anything now, so I have chosen to uninstall it and have asked for a refund. Is the other program the only alternative 3D BD player on the market, or are there any others you can recommend I look at?
