Steven Penning
Hi there I just purchased the Rocketfish and it came with this software, see below. When I access the App, I define the files to archive, type to archive and finally the schedule. I check off: "Run this Backup project whenever the One Touch Backup button is pressed" however, after saving the project then reloading it, it is NOT checked off. I believe this is the reason why when I do press the button, nothing happens. I have verified if there is a latest version and the app says I have the latest. I am using Windows Vista with all the latest service packs and updates. Any help would be appreciated. grandpabruce
I certainly hope that someone helps you find a solution, perhaps Rocketfish. I have to say though, you should really answer questions with words that make sense for the question asked.
Brendon
To save everyone from having to download and then read a PDF file, it seems that "Rocketfish" is the brandname of a USB3 2.5" SATA Hard Disk Drive enclosure distributed by Best Buy. It appears to come bundled with an OEM version of Roxio BackOnTrack which is installed by a proprietary "Rocketfish" installer, and support is provided by rocketfishproducts.com

I though I was very clear. My original message describe the product bought and the software it came with. I included the version of Roxio as well. The issue is that the Check box is not being saved either for Roxio. Again this was described in my original post. When some asked what is Rocketfish, I provided the link to the product which should answer 500 questions should any other arise. The One Touch Backup Buttong on the Product is supposted to launch the Profile defined in Roxio that has a check mark next to "Run this Backup project whenever the One Touch Backup button is pressed" (Again this was clearly explained) If the checked box is saved in roxio AND the one Touch button is pressed with no result then this could be another issue. However, the configuration setting is not being saved. (As explained) I certainly hope that someone helps you find a solution, perhaps Rocketfish. I have to say though, you should really answer questions with words that make sense for the question asked. seems a bit overkill wouldn't you think? It is the saving of the setting which is not being done. Also when I registered the Product it was done here. I will check out RocketFish now Thanks

Question
Steven Penning
Hi there
I just purchased the Rocketfish and it came with this software, see below.
When I access the App, I define the files to archive, type to archive and finally the schedule. I check off:
"Run this Backup project whenever the One Touch Backup button is pressed"
however, after saving the project then reloading it, it is NOT checked off.
I believe this is the reason why when I do press the button, nothing happens.
I have verified if there is a latest version and the app says I have the latest.
I am using Windows Vista with all the latest service packs and updates.
Any help would be appreciated.
Steven
