I just uninstalled Version 6 and reinstalled it...but no luck...I still can't upload any videos...there is a error message that tells me that...it dosen't have a number with it...and they are the same videos that I had uploaded with the other photoshow..avi videos taken from my camera....I think it was Photoshow 6 but after I downloaded the updates it failed to upload videos....

What size are the video files. AVI is not typically a camcorder format. What kind of AVI file? There are many. Is it possible that the videos are too large (mb)? Are they DIVX AVI files or DV files.

Go to cnet .com and download a free video converter (I like "Any Video Converter") to change the AVI file to something like mp4. that the program will take.

From the help files: "Roxio PhotoShow supports video clips in the following formats: AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, MOV, WMV, MP4, M4V, and QT? The maximum file size of a video clip that can be uploaded to a PhotoShow is 50 MB."

Did you try upload ing durning "off hours"?

Why not try one at a different time of day and see what happens. Don't know why that would cause it, but one never knows.
