Label Creator Has Stopped Working

I see that others have had this problem, but don't see any solution that works. I have reinstalled/repaired Roxio 2010 and SP2, but nothing changes. Every time I try to start a label, the program crashes. Anyone have a fix for this? I am using Win 7 Home Edition.
