How about telling us what programs/versions you have installed? If you go to the top of this page, and click on support, then support Home, you can select your program and version and search for Uninstall. How familiar are you with computers? The full Uninstall involves editing your registry. If you are not comfortable with editing your registry, I can give you a suggestion that would not be as thorough.
