Order Of Files In Toast Dialogue Box

Sorry this is a moronic question but ...

 

For the first time it is necessary for me to arrange the photo files in the Toast 10 Dialogue Box/Set-up Box in a specific order which is different to the order following the code of each photo (eg, IMGP3248.JPG, IMGP3293_3.JPG, P1030633.JPG ETC). Is it possible to override the order which Toast automatically assumes? However I order the files in iPhoto the result in Toast Mac & PC is the same.

 

Any ideas anyone?

I believe you'll have to do a batch rename in iPhoto where you choose Title and Text in the batch change field and mark to append a number. This will be added sequentially to the order you have the photos in iPhoto. If you don't want to rename the original photos you can duplicate them in iPhoto and rename the duplicates. Toast will put them in an alphanumeric order by file name.
