Cineplayer W/creator 2011 Will Not Launch

Question

Recently clean installed Win7 and the installed Roxio Creator 2011 everything works with the exception of Cineplayer.

The application shows as running in task manager, but is not taking up cpu cycles, the application never shows up on the desktop. I have waited as long as an hour and nothing starts. I uninstalled and reintalled the entire suite and same issue returns. Anyone encounter this problem? If so, assistance would be greatly appreciated....

Basic questions first: have you performed all your OS updates and then checked for any updates for Creator?

All service packs and crit updates to Win7 have been applied and SP1 for Creator 2011 has been applied...
