Videowave13 hangs

I don't know if this is where I start, or if I'm having the same problem, but I recently upgraded for 7 to 20ll and it is taking my computer forever to save and load pictures. I started creating a dvd from my videowave and after 30 minutes it still hasn't loaded my saved dvd. I got the following messages

sz Mod name: hungapp

szmod ver: 0.0.0.0.

offste: 00000000

Anita, I guess I don't understand. There is no My VideoWave. You say the program hasn't "Loaded your saved" DVD. Please explain. Do you mean burned? Are you making a slide show or are you just archiving pictures? In fact, please answer these questions (link). Also a step by step description of what you are doing will help.

It sounds like you have used an earlier version of some Roxio program; which one?

Getting a Runtime Error when opening VideoWave

This program worked till this morning, when it did a program update. Now cannot create a DVD

Chuck if you are not Anita then it is better to start your own thread. There were no program updates for several months so it may have been something else that got updated.

 

Answer these questions in your new thread.
