What's Native Video Format, To Avoid Encoding?

It depends on what you're trying to create. If you are wanting a video DVD then the video needs to meet the video DVD specs in order for Toast to skip the encoding stage. This means it needs to be MPEG 2 and have certain other qualities. There are a few ways other than using Toast to encode MPEG 2 video, but that doesn't gain you anything because it still needs encoding.
