Vhs To Dvd

Hi Everyone, I just loaded the vhs to dvd program. I am not getting the audio in preview window. I am getting sound. The video I am getting is my own live video from my cam camera. I know my hook ups are correct. Not get video from whats on the vcr tape. Need help. Thanks

What VHS to DVD version do your have, there are 4 possible. Read this and tell us which one you have installed. What operating system?

 

If you are getting live video from the camera then you are not playing back the tape but are using the record function.

 

In one sentence you state "not getting the audio in preview window" and in the next sentence you state "I am getting sound". What is that supposed to mean?
