Trouble Signing In

Been having trouble with Roxio Easy VHS to DVD. Last night upgraded to Internet 9 from 8, i think. Uninstalled VHS to DVD and reinstalled. Now on my home computer when I click on the sign in button at the upper left hand side of the screen it will either bring back up the same page where it wants me to click sign in button or take me to the login page where I put in my email and password and it takes me back to the sign in page. Still works fine here at work. Could I have turned off cookies or something? Thanks

Roxio Easy VHS to DVD was screwing up long before I done the upgrade to Internet 9. Wasn't my intension to upgrade but I was told to run all programs to make sure all was up to date. So any ideals for helping fix the problem? Thanks

I was actually pointing out the 'sign-in' problem :lol:

 

However, that's nothing to do with the other problem. In addition to just removing the app from the control panel, there are other steps for a 'clean install'. For that, try this pinned post in the Easy VHS to DVD forum:

I had my computer restore internet 9 back to Internet 8. According to about internet explorer it was successful. I still couldn't sign into this discussion group.

 

I created a new account, this is where I'm at now. I can sign in just fine in this account. I want to go back to original account. What do I need to remove or change? Thanks
