Problems With Buying On This Site.

Question

I've been trying to buy Roxio game capture from this site but every time i go through the buying process, i get to the choose a payment option and select paypal. then i select place secure order and it takes me to a page telling me that the order is being processed and i should be getting an email about delivery time, however i haven't even logged in to paypal to confirm the payment.

 

and when i go to my account to check what orders i have it says there are no orders.

 

any help?

Are you located in the US and what browser were you using?

I had the same thing happen to me. I am using firefox on a mac and it told me "We are processing your order information" But it hasnt charged me with a single thing. I selected paypal as well. Seeing as phones are down and I bought it using the machinima discount and another coupon I had lying around im assuming Ill be paying full price the next time I order it >.>

And yes, I am from the U.S.
