I have Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition and it was working fine until a couple of days ago when I tried to burn a dvd movie and when I chose the movie from my files I get the error message Videowave has stopped working, can anyone tell me what that means and how I can fix it if possible. Does anyone have an answer for me that may help me out. PLEASE ask only once and then wait for a reply. This is not a bulletin board so immediate answers are out of the norm. Do a repair of the program from the disc with your anti-virus off after you have updated your computer this way (link) More information will help also.
