Roxio Game Capture "launchpad.exe Error"

Hi, im having trouble opening the software onto my windows vista home edition sp2. I can install the software but when I try to open it, a type of error pops up sayimg"Launchpad.exe has been changed or moved" this pops up each time I attempt to open it. I have tryed reinstalling it and also reparing it. Can someone please come back as soon as possible it is so annoying.

Some years ago I have a problem like your but with Photo Impact software.

 

Try this (no guarantee that it works but it worked for me.);

 

Go to: Start\All Programs\Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System\Advanced system Settings\Advanced\Enviroment Variables\System Variables and remove ALL LINES with ROXIO in spell. ALL LINES.

 

 

After this, reset your PC and try. Test and reply.
