Need Help With Installing Creator 2011

Nikonian

Question

Re: When installing Creator 2011, the install scripts rollsback and I show a result install code of 1603.

I'm trying to be a good guy and assist a friend to install Creator 2011 on his PC. Before I start to spout four letter Anglo Saxon words and calling the product garbage, I thought I'd ask for some user help.

05/30/11 00:13:02 - Action InstallActions.EMC_130.Install failed with exit code 1603.

05/30/11 00:13:02 - Installation failed with error code 1603

05/30/11 00:13:02 - Rolling back installation

My EMC_130 and other logs are attached.

Ive read and followed the 'Preparing your computer for installing Roxio products Here

Windows and drivers are up to date.

I've copied my installation disk to a folder and disabled the installation of Directx: Found here.

After failed attempts I've run the Revo product and verifed using reinstall instructions Here

I've shut down my virus program and my firewall. I may try disabling my internet.

Now I'm at a point where I need some help.

And here is my system summary:
