Hd-Bd Plug-In Not Working

I just bought Toast 10 titanium Pro. I went to create a blu-ray DVD but it said I needed a plug in. I went to the website and bought and downloaded it. I closed Toast 10, ran the plug in, put in my product key from the email and it said finished. Then I rebooted my computer and opened Toast 10. It still does not recognized I downloaded and ran the plug in installer. What do I do?

Are you certain you bought the Toast 10 Blu-ray plugin and not the Toast 11 (or 9) plugin? If you did buy the wrong one you can get a refund from Roxio.
